Gray Western Electric 50-G 3 (Anti Stuffing) loc R7-6
Gray #50G, 5 cent prepay automatic payphone or paystation. This antique telephone was made for the Bell System, it is equipped with Western Electric coin relay, dial, receiver & transmitter. There is an anti-stuffing device installed. If the coin return chute is stuffed it jams up the coin relay preventing any coins being returned. The upper and backboard are cast iron.
